• Security – the people at the gate always call when my guests arrive.
• I have met more people in the card room before dinner enjoying cocktails and conversation.
• The swimming pool and hot tub, putting green and croquet.
• Having a nurse on call for even minor illness.
• Having house guests for parties and entertainment.
• Being allowed to add on the sun porches and decks is a “super plus.”
• Bus service is so great for those who don’t drive.
• The Café is great when you’re not in the mood to dress up.
• The Beauty Shop and Gift Shop are also a “plus.”
